Offering a durable and direct replacement IC to Throttle Body Lower Charge Pipe for the P2 5-cylinder turbo models. Fits Volvo S60/V70, S60R/V70R, S80, XC70/XC90 with 5-cylinder turbo models with stock/original intercooler outlet.
The factory intercooler (IC) to throttle body charge pipe is made of plastic, which will dry and crack over time, leading to boost leaks, performance loss and check engine lights (CEL). In addition, the factory charge pipe has restrictive, according style flex joints that reduce engine performance. The Snabb IC to Throttle Body Charge Pipe replaces the factory plastic pipe from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body inlet with custom made Black Powder Coated aluminum piping and silicone couplers that increases performance and will not cause any boost leaks!
We offer two variants: for vehicles up to model year 2002 with separate MAP and IAT sensors (mounted under intake manifold, our piping includes welded bungs for each sensor), and P2 models from 2003+ and newer with an integrated MAP/IAT sensor.
