Increase engine airflow and performance of your P3 Volvo S60/V60 T6, S60/V60 Polestar Engineered, S80 T6 and XC70 T6 with 3.0L 6-cylinder engines by installing our 2.75" Intercooler Piping Upgrade Kit.

It is designed to improve throttle response and eliminate restriction to/from the intercooler. We use 2.75" aluminum piping and heavy duty 5mm thick silicone hoses for ease of installation, durability and longevity. The aluminum piping and heavy duty silicone hoses will far outlast the factory plastic piping on the turbo outlet side, which is prone to cracking over time, resulting in a boost leak and loss of performance. Our Intercooler Piping Upgrade Kit is designed to be installed with both original and upgraded intercoolers.

We even include a conveniently located 1/8" NPT bung on the aluminum piping, which can be used to install a water/methanol injection nozzle, should you choose to do so. Water/methanol injection adds significant cooling capacity to the intercooler system, and is a recommended upgrade for customers who live in hot weather climates or regularly drive at high speeds.

Our in-house fabricated pipes have TIG welded brackets in easy to access locations for faster installation. For less than the cost of 4 new rubber hoses from Volvo, you can completely upgrade your intercooler piping with larger and higher flowing and more durable pipes.>
