Our Ultimate Charge Pipe KIt fits many Volvo P2 S60/V70, S60R/V70R and XC70 models with 5-cylinder turbo engines. It is designed for the performance minded enthusiast who demands more power than the factory intercooler piping can handle.
Volvo's stock charged air pipes are primarily made of plastic that are prone to crack over time, leading to boost leaks and performance loss. The factory plastic pipes also have restrictive, accordion-style flex joints that reduce your engine's horsepower/torque. The Ultimate Volvo P2 Charge Pipe Kit replaces all the factory plastic charged air piping from the turbo outlet to the throttle body inlet with custom made, aluminum piping and silicone hose couplers!
Ultimate Charge Pipe Kit Details:
- Complete 2.5" 6061 Black Powder Coated all-aluminum intercooler piping (hot & cold side) with a 2.75" throttle transition pipe
- Compatible with factory/OEM intercoolers or aftermarket "drop-in" intercooler upgrades only
- Fitment for ALL P2 turbo engine modes: 2.4T, 2.5T, T5 and R
- Configurable to fit any factory turbo model: Mitsubishi: 13T - 19T, Borg Warner K24 with V-Band outlet or Coupler outlet
- Configurable to fit -2002 early model (with separate MAP and IAT sensors) or late 2003+ model (combined MAP/IAT sensor) engine variants
- PIping includes a 1/8" NPT port to facilitate optional water injection installation
- Utilizes custom designed, 5-layer silicone hoses (4 layers Nomex reinforcement + 5 layers silicone) for durabilty and extreme pressure resistance
